Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original packaging and be in an unused, unworn condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that have been worn, aren’t in the original packaging or are otherwise in an unsellable state. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. If your return is accepted, you will only be refunded the cost of the item, we will not reimburse any shipping costs that occur from either end, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Please email email@example.com to request a return and we will supply instructions and assign you a returns ID. You will need to clearly label your package with this ID, otherwise your return could be refused or delayed.
- Please include a signed letter in your package stating the reason for your return.
Some items can not be returned. These include intimate Lingerie items such as Nipple Covers, Stockings and Lingerie. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. This process is automatic, and we cannot process any order without payment. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason we will contact you.
All orders placed before Midday 12pm Mon-Fri will be processed shipped the same day. Orders made after 1pm or on a weekend will be processed and shipped on the next working day. During rare peak times we may ship your order on the next working day.
We use the following couriers to deliver our orders:

We will provide your tracking details once your order is shipped.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
